Hi, Amy, that should work just fine! If you already have a favorite graham cracker pie crust recipe, you can most likely 1.5x that. You'll need anywhere from 2.25 to 3 cups crumbs for a 9 x 13 pan, depending on how thick you like the crust. You can also try this graham cracker crust recipe, which is for a 9" pie, but if you move the "servings" slider, you can see how much butter and sugar you'll need as you adjust the amount of crumbs.
